The root chakra, located at the lowest aperture of the body, is where Earth energies enter the chakra system.

This chakra is associated with our feelings of connection to Earth Gaia - and in tandem, our sense of inner security and safety to open to our full expression in the world.

Opening this chakra centre awakens the creative flow of energies from the Earth through to the upper chakras of the body. Opening this channel of your chakras will bring you increased vital life-force energy to replenish your body, mind and soul.

While you listen to this soundtrack, feel your root centre as a spinning dark red orb of light. It may begin by spinning slowly, gradually becoming faster and faster.
