Where I live is right next to a nature reserve here in Avalon - it’s really such a magical time of year with the air filled with dragonflies and wild orchids gracing the fields. ✨🌸

As I deepen into this new season of life, on the other side of a major rebirth, I feel so grateful for my work that provides me with my North Star of passion and purpose -

Supporting women to know their connection to their voices as sacred, to sound as a healing tool, and to the Earth as the Divine Mother, source of inspiration. 🎶

Next up is a powerful Uranus in Gemini workshop on the 7/7 portal! ⤵️

On the 7th July 2025, Uranus, the planet of rapid transformation, moves into Gemini, the sign of communication.

Uranus resonates with the "Higher Throat Chakra" or ‘alta major’ - located at the nape of neck.

Over the next 7 years with Uranus in Gemini, we’ll be able to listen more intuitively, speak more truthfully, and write more powerfully...

A woman with her drum in hand is a powerful force of nature. 🎶

The first time you pick up a drum, you may feel an intrinsic remembrance…

Because the drum is a universal symbol of the cycles of life, the Moon & the Goddess. 🌕

The beat of a drum connects us back to the first rhythm we ever heard, the heartbeat when we were held within the womb.

These intrinsically feminine mysteries are awakened every time you play your drum.

Whether you play your drum with your hands or with a beater, you are awakening this ancient knowing within you.

I’ve been playing percussion since I was 11 years old, beginning with the drum kit, then as the drummer in the church band (!) before I graduated to the frame drum in my mid-twenties..

The frame drum quickly became my favourite instrument because of its portability and the range of sounds you can make on one drum, plus the connection to history as a women’s instrument in many cultures….

The rhythmic pulse of the drum also awakens our voices, her natural resonance activating the tones of our own sound…

As a Sound Priestess, the drum is a core piece of my toolkit, whether I am creating ceremony and sacred space for myself or others, writing songs and chants, or simply offering sound to nature…

Voice and Drum have become inseparable for me. 🦋

For a long time, women have been taught to stay quiet.

Working with Voice and Drum together can liberate this, supporting you to take up space, to claim your sonic potential, to speak your truth, to be in your power, your creative fire. 🔥

Long before Christianity spread across Europe, dominated by a mostly male priesthood, women played a key role in the spiritual traditions of their communities.

And yet, we hardly hear about these women - Temple Priestesses of Goddesses from cultures from Ancient Egypt to Mesopotamia.

Through their intrinsic connection to the cycles of life and nature, women were the rhythmic heartbeat of community ritual. 🌀🎶

Both the VOICE, and the DRUM, were key instruments women used as ceremonial tools to ✨ awaken sacred space ✨, invoke the divine, and embody the Goddess.🌸

In 2022 when I was healing my womb from fibroids, I began to have visions of Mary Magdalene in my meditations.

She gifted me with a vision of a fully healed womb space, where I felt the pure energy of the Divine Mother, and a Magdalene Frequency chant that could connect me with that energy every day.

This chant was woven into ‘Mary Magdalene Frequency’ which is my most played song…

…clearly, the Magdalene Frequencies are rising on the Earth today.

Through working with Mary’s energies of Divine Love, I was able to heal my womb naturally and restore my health and vitality. 🌹

For me, Mary is an archetypal embodiment of the Wild Rose, She who cannot be tamed or silenced.

She is the purity of the Divine Feminine that has been there throughout the millennia, standing by the side of Jesus, not above or below him but with him - despite the repression of sacred feminine wisdom.

She is being remembered now by so many of us who walk this Priestess path.

🎶 It’s time to liberate those trapped emotions and let them rise to the surface. Scorpio is the one who fearlessly traverses the hidden waters, because we know there is power to be found and reclaimed there.

I invite you to listen to my song, ‘Goddess Isis Invocation’ today and tune into your heart. 💙 This is quite a raw vocal piece that invokes the universal divine mother and Her infinite love.
